Privacy Policy

Last updated August 19, 2026

The short version: we collect what you type into our forms and chat, we use it to reply to you and do the work you asked about, we sell it to no one, and you can ask us to show it or delete it any time by emailing hello@wizardweb.ca.

Who we are

WizardWeb is a Canadian web studio operated by Clinton Wasylishen. This policy covers wizardweb.ca and the services behind it. It applies to visitors and clients in Canada and elsewhere, and is written to meet Canada's PIPEDA and the spirit of CASL.

What we collect, and why

Cookies

One functional cookie (wlang) remembers your language choice between the English and Spanish sites. No advertising or tracking cookies.

Who touches your data

Your data lives on Cloudflare's infrastructure, which hosts this site and processes form and chat submissions. Booking a call uses Cal.com, which has its own privacy policy. AI chat responses are generated by a language-model provider processing only the conversation you type. We sell or rent personal information to no one, ever.

Cold outreach

If we ever email your business first, it is because your business information is publicly listed and we believe our service is relevant to it, and every such email identifies us and includes a working unsubscribe that we honour immediately and permanently. Canadian recipients are contacted in accordance with CASL.

How long we keep things

Form and chat submissions are kept while your enquiry or project is active and for a reasonable business-records period afterward. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will.

Your rights

Email hello@wizardweb.ca to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We answer within 30 days, usually much faster. If we ever add analytics or new data collection to this site, this page changes first.
