Building it was never
the hard part.

Anybody can build a website now, and pretending otherwise would be insulting. What nobody tells you is that launching it is the easy day. Keeping it fast, keeping it up, keeping it safe, keeping it findable, keeping it true when your prices change or your season turns: that is not a project with an end date. It is a job, and it never stops.

It is also nobody's actual role in a small business, which is why it gets done badly, late, and resentfully, usually by the owner at eleven at night. You did not open your business to become an IT department.

So we take the whole thing. Hosting, security, updates, speed, backups, the domain, being found. You send a message and it is handled. No logins to remember, no invoice for something you cannot evaluate, no being told to ask your web guy. Over thirty years of doing this sits behind it, which is why we can say that plainly.

Hosting is free, permanently. That is not a discount. If our job is keeping your site working, we do not send you a separate bill for it working.

01How much does a website cost?

Every project is custom priced. Scope drives the number: a focused custom build can start under a thousand dollars, while e-commerce, custom CMS, and deeper integrations sit higher. After a 30-minute call you get a fixed quote in writing, so the only number you ever see on the invoice is the one we agreed on.

02How fast can you launch?

First draft in 3 business days, launch in two to four weeks for most small-business sites, kickoff to live. We hold a slot once a deposit clears and run a single design-build sprint, so things do not drag for months.

03Do I have to host with you?

No. You will always own your domain, your content, and your code. That said, most clients stay on our managed edge hosting because it is faster, cheaper, and we handle updates as part of the plan.

04Will I be able to edit the site myself?

Yes, if you want to. Self-edit is a build-time option: we wire a lightweight CMS into your site so you can rewrite copy, swap images, manage FAQ entries, and reorder projects yourself. For sites that do not need self-edit we keep the build static (faster, simpler) and handle changes ourselves on a flat care plan.

05Can you build me an AI chatbot or voice agent?

Yes, and it is one of our favourite things to build. Web chat, two-way SMS, and natural-sounding voice agents that answer questions, qualify leads, and book appointments around the clock. It is a custom add-on, not part of the standard build, and we design, train and host the whole thing. The chat bubble on this page is a live example. Try it, then ask us about yours.

06What about SEO?

Every site ships with clean semantic markup, structured data, fast Core Web Vitals, and local-business schema where it fits. We do not sell ongoing "SEO retainers". We build the foundation properly and point you at the few habits that actually move rankings.

07Do you do logos and branding?

Light brand work: yes (typography, palette, simple marks). Full identity systems: we will hand you off to a branding partner we trust. We are sharpest when we stay focused on the web.

08Can you guarantee I will be number one on Google?

No, and be careful with anyone who does. Where you land depends on your town, your category, and who else is competing for the same searches. What we can do is build the foundation properly, tell you honestly what your local market looks like, and what is realistic in it. Plenty of our clients do rank first locally. We just will not sell you that as a certainty, because the only way to guarantee a number one is to pick a search nobody makes.
