The owner does not manage a website. He runs a store, and the website keeps up with it on its own. A new pallet of returns can go from the loading dock to a photographed, priced, published listing in the time it takes staff to walk the floor with a phone.
Customers who never would have found the store by driving past now find it by searching for the exact item they want, see what is in stock before they leave the house, and reserve it before someone else buys it in person. The owner sees which of those visits actually leads to a reservation or a WhatsApp message, in his own dashboard, in real numbers rather than a feeling.
And because this was built once as a real system rather than a one-off, the same storefront, the same automatic scanning, and the same owner dashboard can be re-skinned and handed to any outlet store in the country that has the same problem: a lot of inventory, and no practical way to put it online.
